Angèle Musau Nkola is a Professor of Public Health. Her teaching and research activities focus on maternal, newborn, and child health, with expertise in epidemiology, health systems research, and health systems economics. Her work examines the determinants of access to healthcare, use and quality of health services.

She currently coordinates the Urban Mat project and the Infodemic Management sub-unit, and has coordinated several research projects dedicated to improving maternal and neonatal health, particularly in urban and fragile contexts. Her research explores the interactions between urban mobility, health systems, digital innovations, infodemic management, and healthcare financing mechanisms. It aims to generate knowledge that can inform public policy, improve the efficiency of health systems, and strengthen access to quality care for women, newborns, and children.
