Khlood Alnaeem, MBBS, MPH, is a public health researcher and medical doctor with expertise in epidemiology, implementation research, and evidence-informed decision-making, particularly in fragile and conflict-affected settings. She completed a Master of Public Health in Health Equity (Epidemiology Track) at KIT Royal Tropical Institute in the Netherlands and is a final-year resident in Community and Preventive Medicine at the Sudan Medical Specialisation Board. Her research focuses on malaria surveillance, health systems strengthening, stakeholder engagement, and mixed-methods research, with experience in routine health information systems analysis. She has collaborated with the World Health Organization, the Sudan Ministry of Health, the National Malaria Control Programme, and Bridges to Development. She is passionate about translating research into policy and strengthening health systems to improve equitable access to quality healthcare.
