He works within the Division of Studies and Projects and the Technical Secretariat of the Health Sector Strategy. His expertise spans population dynamics, epidemiology, health financing, and evidence-based policymaking. In 2025, he played a major role in developing Cameroon's health sector mitigation plan following the withdrawal of US funding, helping guide evidence-based budget prioritisation and strategic resource allocation. His research focuses on strengthening the use of demographic and epidemiological data to improve health planning, financing, and public investment efficiency. Through his work, he supports the integration of scientific evidence into sustainable health policies and resilient health systems across Africa.

"When resources become scarce, evidence becomes indispensable. Demographic and epidemiological data are not just statistics, they are strategic tools for making fairer and more effective, health financing decisions."
